We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns cannot be accepted for items showing signs of use, damage, or for customized/personalized bags. Contact our support team with your order number and photos to initiate a return or exchange.
Clean your bag gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid excessive moisture and direct sunlight exposure. For canvas areas, spot clean with mild soap and water if needed. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in the dust bag provided. The leather will naturally develop a rich patina over time.
The canvas material offers natural water resistance for light rain and moisture. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain or water. If the bag gets wet, gently pat dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
